AAA-Residential Resources, Inc. in Nashville, TN is a comprehensive housing counseling agency approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our agency is an affiliate of HomeFree-USA. We are also a Metropolitan Development Housing Agency (MDHA) and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under HUD’s HOME Program. We partner with The Housing Fund, Salvation Army, Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and other affordable housing organizations.
Our housing counseling agency offers guidance for acquiring sustainable residential resources. We provide consultation, education, information, and referrals. We also serve as an advocate and a liaison between clients and government agencies, for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, and other entities dedicated to developing and/or providing access to affordable, safe, and desired housing opportunities.
